Clinical nutrition is a complementary medicine focusing on preventing and managing disease in the body by optimising nutrition using evidence-based practices.

Similar to naturopathy, clinical nutrition focuses on the individual person and treating the person as a whole, taking into account family and medical history, lifestyle, diet and pathology tests to make recommendations on individual nutritional needs.

Depending on your presenting symptoms, supplementation, herbal medicine, flower essences, and pathology testing may be recommended to support your healing and are at an additional cost. In some cases, these products will be available to purchase in-clinic; however, most often, you will be emailed a prescription so you can order the supplements and have them sent straight to you. Retail products are also available to purchase both in the clinic and online.
